Because our services include setup work, strategy, customization, digital delivery, and time reserved for your project, refunds and cancellations are handled as follows.
Setup Fees
Setup fees are used to begin planning, building, configuring, and preparing your service. Because work often starts shortly after purchase, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If you request cancellation before work has started, we may review the request and issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any processing fees or time already spent.
Monthly Services
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may cancel your monthly service at any time by sending a written cancellation request to [Support Email] at least [X] days before your next billing date.
If cancellation is requested after a renewal payment has already been processed, that payment is generally non-refundable, and service will remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.
One-Time Services
One-time services, audits, setup projects, and custom work are generally non-refundable once work has started or deliverables have been provided.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
reviewing all submitted information for accuracy
providing needed content, access, approvals, and requested details on time
reviewing completed setup and notifying us of needed corrections within a reasonable timeframe
Delays caused by missing access, missing content, delayed approvals, or lack of response do not automatically qualify a project for a refund.
Paused or Abandoned Projects
If a project is paused or abandoned due to lack of communication, missing materials, or failure to provide required access, Simple Bright Solutions LLC may close the project after reasonable follow-up attempts. In those cases, payments already made are generally non-refundable.
Digital Services
Because our services involve digital setup, implementation, customization, and strategy, we do not guarantee refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or expected business results.
Exceptions
